We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. The Dental Hygienist is responsible for providing preventative dental care, educating patients on oral hygiene, and supporting the dentist in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, and committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming clinical environment.

• Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing teeth
• Conduct oral health assessments and document findings
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Screen patients for signs of periodontal disease, oral cancer, and other dental conditions
• Apply preventive materials such as fluoride treatments and sealants
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
• Review medical histories and update patient records accurately
• Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
• Maintain operatory cleanliness and comply with infection control protocols
• Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and equipment
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board regulations
