Schedule:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8a-3:30p, Wednesday 8a-4p

BFAIR has rewarding job openings for CBDS Specialist.  Join a premier human service organization and help change the lives of individuals served.   Support 1-9 individuals with Developmental Disabilities community-based day program.

Duties include:

• Develop rapport with individuals supported and foster their personal growth striving to obtain their goals
• Assist with skills training as prescribed in each member’s service plan
• Assist individuals to access a variety of volunteer and recreational opportunities in their surrounding community
• Develop rapport with individuals supported and foster their personal growth striving to obtain their goals

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid US driver's license and ready access to a vehicle
• HS Diploma/GED or one year experience
