Electrical Estimator / Project Manager
Berkshire County, MA | Anticipated salary: $85,000–$90,000, negotiable based on experience

What you’ll do:

Prepare accurate estimates for commercial and residential electrical projects.

Review plans, specifications, labor needs, and material costs.

Coordinate projects from initial planning through completion.

Work closely with customers, suppliers, and field crews to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
What you’ll bring:

At least 15 years of experience across all phases of commercial and residential electrical work.

Strong estimating, project planning, and organizational skills.

The ability to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and follow through.
