The Day Hab RN/LPN Relief is primarily responsible for providing various medical supports to individuals with disabilities in a Day Habilitation program. The RN/LPN provides medical treatment to individuals as needed and is responsible for recordkeeping and communicating with medical providers and advocating for the medical needs of the people we support.
Registered Nurse Degree or Licensed Practical Nursing degree required with at least one year of time involved in providing nursing supports in community services for individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as current license in the State of Massachusetts. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e. nursing). Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.
